Magic corner
Magic Corner storage units have become very popular over the last few years. New thinking means that the user of the Magic Corner can bring out the contents of those hard to reach kitchen corner units rather than crawling in or even avoiding the whole kitchen cupbaord.
How do Magic Corners work?
Because the door of the kitchen corner unit is attached to the Magic Corner itself when the door is pulled open the Magic Corner will start to open, coming out towards the user at first and then turning to one side. As the Magic corner is pulled further the rear baskets of the Magic Corner are then automatically slide over to the open door space to be accessed.
Which hand of Magic Corner do i need?
Magic corners are available in left or right versions. This is determind by the side of the unit that swings out of the unit.
If the Magic Corner is pulled out and then swings to the right then a right hand version is needed, if the Magic Corner swings to the left then a left hand Magic Corner is required.
Magic Corner handings can also be decided based on the 'Blank Panel' that is on the kitchen unit. If the 'Blank Panel' is the on left hand side then you will require a Right hand Magic Corner and if the 'Blank panel' is on the right hand side then you will require a Left Hand Magic Corner.
This is where some confusion comes about because kitchen corner units are sold as left or right hand units with a left hand unit requiring a right hand Magic Corner and vice versa.
