Some quick hints on using the planner.
Start a new kitchen plan.
Clicking here lets you sign in to the Planner. This should already be done or you.
Run the Planner in fullscreen mode for more screen space whilst designing your new kitchen.
3D graphic Display Mode is the default setting for our planner.
This is a useful feature that allows the toggling between 3D Display Mode and an Outline Mode, great for detailed plan checking.
By default the planner will open in Perspective Projection mode for the best 3D visual representation of your new kitchen.
You can change the view to Orthographic Projection for a top view of your plan, combine this with Outline Display Mode for a useful way to check the measurements of your items.
This feature allows you to view how any doors and drawers open, great for checking if any doors or drawers will collide with other features.
Click this icon to turn OFF Animation Mode.
This is an more advanced method of controlling the Display Modes.
Give your plan a project name and save for future use.
View and load all of your saved plans.
Click the 'Room Elements' icon in the left hand menu to display the available room features.
Then click the 'Room Settings' icon to display the dimensions and wall feature options.
Change the rooms sizes as required and the plan will automatically update to the new dimensions.
Add room features by dragging the required feature on to the plan and then clicking it. This will bring up an editable dimension panel for the selected item.
Click on the feature you want to add to display the available options.
Add the feature to your kitchen by dragging it to the desired location in your plan.
Select the item you've just added to open the dimensions panel, then change the sizes as required.
Click 'Room Elements' icon to display the options.
Click on the Room Decors icon..
Choose which element you would like to change the colour of and select from the pop up window options.
Colours on the plan will automatically update.
Click on the 'Furniture Products' icon to display the kitchen range groups. Choose your desired kitchen style from any of the groups.
A list of available kitchen units is now displayed in unit groups. Click on a unit group to expand the display and a list of units will appear.
Select your unit and drag it on to the plan in the required location. Top Tip - Hover over the kitchen unit image to see the product description. Alternatively, you can see it in List form with description by clicking the Grid icon.
Change the size of any kitchen unit on the plan by either choosing from the options in the dimensions panel or dragging the 'Size Option Arrows' on the unit to the desired size.
A list of available kitchen units is now displayed in unit groups. Click on Corner Base Units or Corner Wall Units group to expand the display and a list of available units will appear.
Select your unit and drag it on to the plan in the required location. It will snap to the corner of the 2 walls and will change from Left to Right hand depending on the wall that is placed against.
Another unit can be placed against the corner unit and should snap into position. We recommend that you check the dimensions provided in your plan.
Select the single unit or group of units on the plan that require a colour change and the Editing panel will appear. You can group units by holding down CTRL whilst selecting.
Click on the Carcase or Door Colour sections to open the colour palette pop up.
Choose a new colour and click 'Apply'.
The single unit or group of units should now be changed to the new colour.
Select the Project Structure icon in the left hand menu and select the kitchen style to be changed.
Click on the Decors and Materials icon to see the products that can be changed.
Choose an item to be changed and select it from the pop up menu, then click Apply.
All of the units should now be changed to the new colour.
Click on the Replace Whole Range icon to see the kitchen group range list.
Select the range you want to switch to.
All of the units should now be changed to the new style.
Select the single unit or group of units on the plan that require a handle change and the Editing panel will appear. You can group units by holding down CTRL whilst selecting.
Click on the Handle section and choose a new handle in the pop up and click 'Apply'.
The single unit or group of units should now be changed to the new handle.
All of the units should now be changed to the new handle.
Select a red highlighet unit from the plan.
If the selected unit is no longer required, you can simply press delete to fix the issue. If the unit is required then move it to an open space on the plan.
This should have resolved the overlapping units. If not, just repeat step 2 until there are no more overlapping units.
You can now reposition the units in the required locations.
