Guarantee

Complete Kitchens

Our Lifetime* Cabinet Guarantee offers protection against material defects and workmanship to the following components:

• Kitchen cabinets (the carcase)
• Hinges
• Drawer boxes
• Runners

Kitchen Doors, Cornice, Pelmet, Plinth, and End Panels are covered by a 5 Year Guarantee against material defects and workmanship.

Please note: Painted kitchens are prone to increased wear and tear over time, so the actual paint finish is not covered by the guarantee. However, touch-up paints are available if needed.

Our Lifetime* Cabinet Guarantee is valid from the date of purchase, or from the delivery/collection date if later. The original purchase receipt, or email confirmation if ordered online, is required as proof of purchase.

This guarantee applies to kitchens for domestic use only.

CDA Appliances

All CDA kitchen appliances are covered by the manufacturer's own 5 year parts and 2 year labour guarantee from the date of purchase.

Remember: To be eligible for their 5 Year guarantee, please fill in and send the guarantee registration form supplied with your appliance.

All Other Items

All other products are covered by a standard one year guarantee from the date of purchase. Some products may have additional manufacturer's guarantees who will process your claim directly.

Please see our Terms and Conditions for further guarantee information. Your statutory rights remain unaffected by any of our guarantees.

*The Lifetime guarantee applies for as long as the purchaser owns the property where the kitchen was delivered.
