Delivery
We deliver across the UK. Enter your postcode on our Delivery page to see the options and costs for your area. Your delivery options and charges are worked out at checkout, based on your postcode and the products in your order.
Assembled kitchen units
Our kitchen units are delivered fully assembled. We can't currently deliver assembled units to Scotland, but we're happy to deliver them flat packed.
Minimum order
- Kitchen orders need three or more complete kitchen units with door fronts.
- Worktops and large appliances can only be delivered as part of an order that includes complete kitchen units.
- Some postcodes are covered only by our Premium Delivery option, which is available for orders of 10 or more kitchen units.
Delivery times
We aim to deliver complete kitchen orders within 4 to 6 weeks, depending on the kitchen range you choose. At checkout you can choose your delivery week: the earliest available, or any later week that suits you. About 10 working days before delivery, our team will email you to confirm the exact date.
Delivery dates are estimates. Where an order is delivered in more than one part, we'll coordinate the deliveries as closely as we can.
On the day
- Please make sure someone is there to accept the delivery. If nobody is in on the agreed day, a re-delivery charge applies at the current delivery rate.
- Please make sure there's enough help on hand to unload your order.
- The goods become yours, and your responsibility, once they've been delivered.
Checking your delivery
Please check everything when it arrives and tell us within 2 working days about anything damaged, faulty or missing, before anything is used or fitted. If a delivery doesn't arrive, let us know in writing within 2 working days of the date you expected it.
