Although the date shows different it was important to submit after properly using the kitchen. I have had my kitchen for two years now so this review is well overdue. It was a difficult time post covid but the communication and service was exceptional from Julian and the team. A couple of marks appeared early on but I can honestly say nothing more since and my kitchen still looks as good as new AND has the wow factor. Would recommend highly and I am pleased to see they are doing well in the new premises. Good product and service at a realistic price!

From the help we had at the showroom with planning, the after sales communication, the delivery guys and most of all the kitchen itself I can not fault any of it. Super pleased with the quality and the transformation of our kitchen.

We cannot recommend Better Kitchens highly enough. The service and after service we received was excellent. From start to finish we were kept informed and updated. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Every member of staff we encountered was polite, knowledgeable, helpful and approachable. Arden and Julian run a first class company with an excellent team, they are to be commended.

Great quality kitchens and really good value for money. We travelled 100 miles to the showroom as we couldn’t believe the price for the quality but the claims were true. Our kitchen has just been delivered and we are so impressed. We’ve paid Flatpack prices for fully assembled units with quality cabinets and doors. The delivery driver came early as rain was forecast so we could unload in the dry. He was extremely helpful and pleasant. My contacts with this company have been a pleasure with prompt replies and nothing seems too much trouble. They even arranged delivery to the Isle of Wight. Good luck with your expansion and the personal touch of a smaller company outshines the national big boys. Would give you 6 stars if I could.

New kitchen required so had a design done and searched online. The main requirement was for a walk in larder and came across Better Kitchens. Compared to other suppliers, they were competitively priced with a great range of units/colours/finishes. One that I was really pleased with was the option to choose colour of carcass. I chose all the required items with soft close hinges and chose the flat pack delivery (you can choose pre-built for no extra cost). One element of the units I was very impressed with was the back panel - 18mm colour matched rather than the stiff 2mm board that other suppliers come with. On receiving the delivery, there were some items that had quality issues, these were raised with BK and replaced. Some ancillary items (shelf fronts and rails) had been missed from the initial delivery but raised with BK and replaced quickly. BK use a ticket system to communicate with and I found a minor delay to this but it did allow me to raise a ticket and BK would answer the same day, usually a couple of hours later. The units, when built are really strong and come with all required fixings... im a very happy camper. Given most kitchen suppliers receive a load of bad press, Better Kitchens supply a great product at a great price and care about customer service..

Well in these unprecedented times Better Kitchens have been amazing. They called me when I ordered online to go through my order glad they did as I had made a mistake and they sorted. The quality of your kitchens is tops. Service and delivery is just great. I recommended to friends who saw our kitchen and they orderded .Much cheaper than others for quality.

I'm very impressed with the quality of the units, the range and choice. The service has been faultless too. Prices are very competitive.

Better Kitchens - aptly named. It's only when you have a Better Kitchen and then go, see and compare the other well known high street names that you realise that you actually do have a better kitchen! The quality is far superior from the doors and hinges to the carcasses. Ordering online is extremely easy and the online support is first class. From start to finish, the ordering, delivery and price was first class. Forget the rest and try the best!

Easy to use website, great customer service, great quality, great delivery service. No issues. No hassle. Can’t fault them really. Will be even better once a design tool is launched. Hardest thing is figuring out what end panels are needed. Also you need to draw your own plan.

This is my first experience with Better Kitchens and I have to say I am very impressed. Communication has been excellent throughout and the quality of the kitchen is superb. All units came fully assembled and nothing was damaged in any way. I will be telling everyone how good they are.

Very impressed when units arrived, they are really sturdy and look great. Price was good and would definitely recommend. Smallish gripe, but worth a mention because it would have been so easy to avoid. L shape corner units only available as flat pack, which is fair enough as they are really cumbersome. But it would be helpful if they came with instructions and, more importantly, fully pre drilled doors. Drilling the holes in a factory with equipment and jigs takes seconds, doing it at home with hand tools is harder. However, sorted now and looking good - all in all this was a very good deal for these units.

Bought a kitchen from this company really sturdy units great value for money and exellent customer service

Having recently fitted a kitchen and utility room with units bought from better kitchens I thought I’d write a review. I’ve fitted about 7 kitchens over the years from a range of suppliers including Wickes and have never experienced quality and service I have received from Better Kitchens. I would strongly recommend them, in fact I’m building a self build house next year and will be getting my new kitchen from there too.

Very pleased with the whole process when buying my new kitchen. Very competitively priced (cheaper than Howdens and better quality). All responses to support queries were within 24hrs. I am recommending you to everyone

Just ordered my third kitchen from Better kitchens, as an experienced kitchen fitter i can honestley say the quality is far superior to many leading kitchen companies and far cheaper too, i have only ever ordered flat packed units as they couldn't supply rigid built to my location which does add on half a days labour on the other hand it makes it far easier to modify carcasses when required, i've had a couple of issues with missing componants but this was dealt with promptly, the only issue i have is the delivery charge which at £299 is excessive, there is always the option of using your own courier as normally its only one or two pallets, the downside would be apportioning blame for any damaged items. I will certainly be using this company again for future installations.

Very - very pleased with the result. Fabulous to find a company that really cares about its products. As a fairly competent diyer with msc trades experience and a couple of home and boat renovations achieved, I am so pleased to have finally found Better Kitchens. Having explored the commercial options (Howdens, Nisbets etc), the 'premium' punters choices (Wren - that's what they say anyway - hoho, at your own risk...) and the build it yourself variants (B&Q / Ikea etc), I can confirm personally that my experience with Better Kitchens was absolutely on point - surpassing many of these other options on quality and cost - and on the occasion a cheaper option was available it was simply not comparable when looking at material, finish and component quality. From the initial chat which was informative, intelligent and never pushy, to the estimate which was clear and concise and completely itemised, to delivery (ours was flat packed and palletised to York, for self install on a boat), everything was well considered and perfectly communicated. All shipped items were very well packed / protected and arrived with no sign of transit. I understand the BK team prefer to ship assembled or install but in this instance the fit to a tapered hull and access through small hatches was so unique we opted to take responsibility for this ourselves. The BK team wasted no time in supplying excellent assembly instructions and verbal / video guidance when required. When I realised we needed a couple of small additional pieces to match / fill in around some steel work, the team very quickly added our request to their production line and delivered the additional items within a few days. The colour of the new parts matched perfectly. Having now lived with the install for over 2 years (apologies for the late review) it is good as new. We are due to renovate a new home soon and will be back in touch for our next kitchen! We recommend you to everyone. Keep up the great work!

Cannot fault! The whole experience from the ease of use of the website & wide choice available, to the speed of manufacture and helpful, on-time delivery drivers. The kitchen arrived perfect, no damage, all parts and units were present which was not expected since the delivery note was 3 pages long! Customer service were helpful and very accommodating to your needs. Will certainly be using this company for my next house and kitchen project! Highly recommend.

The units are fantastic my kitchen fitter was so impressed with them. They are better than I imagined they would be. The delivery was excellent they were packaged very well and the delivery men handled all items very carefully best delivery people I have ever had! I am so impressed with quality they are so good - my kitchen looks super and I would gladly recommend them. My entire experience with Better Kitchens from ordering to receiving the end product was excellent they were helpful and efficient. Thank you
