We understand that sometimes you may need to change a delivery date. In the first 7 days from placing your order you can request a delivery week change as your order will be in the early stages of manufacture. After this date we will always try to accommodate your requirements, but this is not always possible as your order may be on the production line. We keep our prices low by optimising the time between manufacture and delivery. This means that once an Order hits the manufacture stage, it is unlikely that we can change the delivery date.
All orders are confirmed by email. Always be sure to check your spam folder in case your Internet Service Provider has incorrectly flagged it as spam. If you cannot find your email after 48 hours, please give us a call and our Customer Services team will investigate the problem for you.
