We found the whole ordering process excellent. Using the kitchen planner to play around with what kitchen units we'd like was great. Helped us figure out our needs. When I got stuck Mitchell helped us finish off with a few things I found a little difficult by phone. He helped us to tweak and complete the order. Highly recommend Better Kitchens. We got a better kitchen than we thought we would on our budget. Very happy indeed. A good buying experience.

I could not reccomend this company highly enough. I mainly dealt with Julian the branch manager. He was professional, extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and provided excellent customer service. Products are of a good quality and to a high standard. Also amazing value for money, with vast variety. I procasternated and changed my mind several times. We went to Better Kitchens unsure of our final design. We were told by our fitter to ask for Mitch who could not have been more helpful and patient in finalising our design with us. After two visits we are extremely happy with our order and can’t thank Mitch enough for his help and expertise.

From minute 1, the experience of Better Kitchens, was excellent. The day we visited they helped us design, list and quote for the entire kitchen within an hour or so. Magnet took a month to send their quote, which was considerably high and lower quality. Wren, never bothered to send their quote.
Since the installation was delayed, we asked to delay the delivery as well. This was accepted promptly and with no fuss. Brilliant experience, would throughly recommend them to anybody.
